ABOUT US
Writers Cantina is a freshly organized conference for Utah writers of science fiction, fantasy and horror. Our first event — “issue #0” — was held Saturday, July 8, 2023. Out second event is scheduled for June 28-29, 2024.

OUR MISSION
This conference is especially for writers, concentrating on the art, craft, and business of writing and selling what you write.
But the structured presentations are only half the fun! Writers Cantina is organized around a large social/networking/hobnobbing area (with plentiful snacks), where writers from pre-published to professionals can mingle between panels and presentations.
