Daniel Swenson resides within the lofty snow covered peaks of the Rocky Mountains with his family in Utah. He and his family enjoy hiking, kayaking, pickle ball, riding bikes, playing outdoors and game nights where both family and friends play different board and card games.
For the past twenty years Daniel has been refining his craft of storytelling by creating profound and unique adventures for various gaming groups. Now he spreads his love of gaming with his kids and their friends.
Daniel’s debut novel, The Shadow Above the Flames, was released in June of 2017 and its sequel A Dragon’s Fate released in June of 2019 is a Whitney Award finalist. Daniel’s middle-grade novel Gingersnap: A Redheads Guide To Not Being Eaten By A Dragon is a Golden Quill award winner. You can also find two of Daniel’s short stories, “Tremors Within the Storm,” in Jason King’s Valcoria Awakenings anthology and “Dark Wings from Above” in the Choose Your Own Apocalypse Anthology.
